The challenges occurred while creating software to meet up the client’s expectations include:-
To keep a proper check over the entire vendor was not systematic in a manual way.
Every product by the vendor had to be inspected and a detail report regarding the same need to be maintained.
An analytical report regarding the performance of the product and vendor to be maintained.
Monthly, yearly report to keep a check over the production.
We worked on the project by using SAP based system.
A detail structure for managing the organizational system flow done where a systematic check over all the details regarding vendor and their products was done.
Due to detailing according to vendor now it was easy to understand which vendor provided what quantity for product and the quality of the product could also be known by the number of defects found in the product.
SAP software based functionalities check with all the factors and further this is put in the system.
Month, yearly reports of the defects and vendors are maintained. This helped to keep a check over production.
A systematic organizational system helping to enhance the check to help in the growth of the business. The client was very satisfied as now he could keep a check over all defects and vendors performance and time management due to automated system helped to make quick checks and decision regarding business.
